Dear guests! Important information before ordering
In order to make your stay at the place pleasant, it is important for us to tell you some basic information about it.
Please read carefully.
Guests have at their disposal sitting areas, tables, a kitchen, a free coffee and tea corner, a stove for cooking (on gas), sinks and very basic utensils, and toilets and showers shared by all site guests with hot water.
You must be equipped with toiletries and towels.
The site is not connected to the electricity grid.
The evening is illuminated by the moon, stars and soft and environmentally friendly solar lighting. There is no means of charging devices on site.
We recommend an unplugged experience in the desert.
For safety reasons, gas burners, stoves, or candles of any kind may not be brought onto the site.

Guests have access to an area designated for lighting a bonfire (firewood must be provided).
Do not light a fire anywhere else in the premise or its surroundings, for reasons of safety and protection of the environment.
Just as we respect the darkness of the night and enjoy the light of the stars – we respect the silence in the desert space and enjoy the sounds of silence, the whisper of the wind, the song of the birds, the howling of the wolves and the whisper of the lichens.
That is why we try to maintain a calm, quiet and pleasant atmosphere.
Arrival hours – Check in
16:00 – 20:00
You are requested not to come to the site before then.
Time of leaving the site – Check out
Until 11:00 am. Please plan accordingly, in advance for leaving the premise on time.
A later departure is subject to a fee – we will try to make it possible, by prior arrangement and in writing.
Winter guests, take note!
(Even the summer nights are cold compared to Israel)
There is no heating in the place! The site is a desert camp for camping in the field.
We are in an extreme, high and cold climate – Mitzpe Ramon is the highest urban settlement in Israel and sits on the third highest ridge in Israel – so you should be well equipped with warm clothes, as you would for a skiing holiday in Switzerland, without skiing and without Switzerland.
Safety
Do not bring gas burners, stoves, or candles of any kind to the site.

Dear Parents
Parents of children under the age of 12 – you are requested to supervise your child during the entire stay on the premise. Do not leave a child unattended without a responsible adult. Please accompany your child at all times and for every need, including to the toilets and showers.
Cancellations
For reservations of up to 24 people – cancellation up to 7 business days before the arrival date is free of charge.
Groups of 24 people or more or closing the entire place – cancellation up to 14 days after the booking date, and up to 7 business days before the arrival date – is free of charge.
Cancellation after these dates – will be charged in full.
